Owner and operator Isles Construction Group, with 20 years extensive experience building custom homes, data centers, municipal facilities and corporate offices; specialize in retail upfits, residential renovations, and consulting; interface effectively with owners, subcontractors and design professionals; industry expertise includes estimating for multi-million-dollar construction projects, pre-construction, contract negotiations and on-site project management.
Carlos Hart
Johnny has been a cornerstone of our construction company for over 10 years, starting as a laborer and earning his way up to Operations Manager. His hands-on experience and leadership now drive successful projects from start to finish. Beyond the job site, Johnny is passionate about giving back—he dedicates time to mentoring and training young men, helping them build skills and confidence for a brighter future. Johnny also plays an active role in the community, particularly through Habitat for Humanity’s Blitz Build.
Johnny Prince
Feather began her career with Isles Construction Group by managing and maintaining the company’s website and social media accounts. Over time, her keen organizational skills and attention to detail led her to expand her role, taking on additional administrative responsibilities, including managing company communications, assisting field staff, and managing accounts.
